Shipping policy

Please allow up to three weeks for production time. This excludes preorder canvases.  Please allow six to eight weeks for preorder canvases to ship.

 

All canvases are shipped as a USPS First Class Package.

 

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is ready. You may always email to check the status of your order by sending an email to bonjour@jadoreneedlepoint.com.
